I lost heat from our "mini-boiler" earlier today, which serves about 1/3 of our home. There is a pretty significant snow storm scheduled for New York today, which I feared would shut down service calls. Janet was able to send over a team, which is greatly appreciated without full heat in winter. Luis the lead technician was especially good-there were three problems (pilot light, leaky gasket, and temperamental mercury thermostat). He was able to fix all three issues, and provided a clear and understandable explanation of what needed to be done. A very good result!
