AMHAC was the best. I recently came home to no heat or hot water. When I called them they had a tech at my house in under 2 hours. The problem was diagnosed and a part was ordered in about an hour. Since it was after hours they were back first thing the next morning and made the necessary repairs. Problem solved!!! What makes this so good is that I have an instant hot water heater that none of my local companies will work on and was always in a scramble to find someone when there was an issue. Now I have a company that is reliable that I can trust !! I got an affordable service contract for not just the heat and hot water system but the central air as well. I am so happy with their service.

So I lost heat this morning and we were cold. They came in diagnosed the problem and found out my thermo couple was broken and the swapped it out and we got the heat back on. These guys are professionals and they were responsive. I high recommend these guys! 5/5!

I lost heat from our "mini-boiler" earlier today, which serves about 1/3 of our home. There is a pretty significant snow storm scheduled for New York today, which I feared would shut down service calls. Janet was able to send over a team, which is greatly appreciated without full heat in winter. Luis the lead technician was especially good-there were three problems (pilot light, leaky gasket, and temperamental mercury thermostat). He was able to fix all three issues, and provided a clear and understandable explanation of what needed to be done. A very good result!

In all the years of dealing with contractors of all types. this was the first time I was this impressed. From the 24hour phone number to the next day when I called the service dpt. They needed to get a few parts and Janet was the most professional. She must have called me three times to verify things and even after to make sure my wife was happy (we had no heat 24hours) and that really was a positive move on AMHAC's part. I have recommended them for over 20 years, and everyone lets me know that they had a good experience working with them. just wanted to say thank you Janet and also, I think her name was Bibi on the 24-hour emergency number they both far exceeded my expectations. thanks to all at AMHAC for making a bad situation painless. Very pleased with AMHAC! We replaced two HVAC systems during our house renovation. Pat was very helpful through the entire process, from picking the right furnaces and condensers (Carrier) to designing how to redirect some ductwork throughout the house. The install team was very responsible, professional and cooperative during the project. I highly recommend AMHAC and I plan to use them for maintenance in the future.

I have been trying to get maintenance and repair for HVAC units for a doctor’s office for the past two years. I finally called AMHAC as a recommendation and was able to schedule a maintenance appointment within a week. Joe Ortiz was our tech and absolutely incredible; he evaluated multiple units, cleaned and repaired everything, and even taught staff how to use the equipment. He went over every detail of the work with me and gave future recommendations, including how to extend the life of our older unit and how to save money in the future by having filters available. He was polite, diligent, and absolutely fantastic. Will be a future customer if this is the level of quality service AMHAC continues to provide.

Great service woke up Saturday morning on the coldest day of the year and my boiler was not working. Called AMHAC and left a message at 9 AM. They called back at 9:30 AM and had a technician out to me by 1 PM. He was able to fix my boiler and had heat started to come back on by 2:30 PM. Very reliable service.

Furnace stopped working on a very cold Sunday morning. Emergency service arrived on schedule and within 15 minutes Alviril, our service technician, had the furnace working. He conducted a second furnace test to make sure all was working. We were very pleased with his attention to detail.

I knew my gas boiler would eventually fail us. I promptly called AMHAC in the morning and they had someone over by noon. The tech diagnosed the problem in 15 minutes and placed an order for a new hot water circulator pump. Parts arrived the next day and AMHAC installed the Circulator pump and Aquastat. I am totally happy with the work they did to fix my old gas boiler. Very reliable on-time service at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

As a Residential Contractor I've been using AMHAC for all my HVAC needs ..for over 20 years now.. They do all my installations . Working Closely with Mohan Persuad to design and install, we have done over 100 new and added systems in lower and mid Westchester. Their service department is prompt and their technicians are professional and personable. Also , their parts department has been helpful in telling me what fittings and sizes for small exhaust installations my crew can handle. I couldn't be happier and I am comfortable recommending them .

I have a service contract with AMHAC and called for service Tuesday night. Janet (who is amazing) in their client service department had Alvaro here before 12 noon the next day. He was courteous, patient and got to the root of the problem quickly and repaired the problem. He is a great technician and has a great way about him. I would recommend AMHAC and Alvaro to anyone who has a simple and/or complex heating or cooling system. A+ service is all they know.

I am very happy with the service I received from AMHAC. All the people I dealt with on the phone and in person were very professional and they were able to fix our heating issue in less than a week and at a reasonable rate. They were super responsive especially compared other places I have called in the past were I would not get a call back etc. I would definitely use them again in the future. Just to paint a picture of how responsive they were, our heating system started blowing out cold air this past Wednesday night and I called them the following Thursday morning and they were able to get someone to look and fix the issue that same day. However, on Sunday, cold air started coming out of the vents again and I gave them a call and even though it was their off day, they were able to get someone out to us and determine what the main issue was and they were able to install the part needed by Tuesday.
